Teacher housing is good…furnished with sofa, recliner, dining table/chairs, box spring/mattress, dresser, running water, washer/dryer, refrigerator/stove, and freezer (no TV/electronics). You’ll need your own cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Some teachers find a basic water distiller useful, too.
