Greetings and welcome to the Lower Yukon School District! I'm originally from Pennsylvania and have been an Alaska resident with my wife for 17 years. Six of those years were spent traveling and working overseas, including a 3-month bicycle trek across Australia.
This is my tenth year with LYSD, having spent time as a classroom teacher, K-12 Principal, Director of Curriculum, and now as an Assistant Superintendent.
I've enjoyed my time with the district and with the many students, staff, and community members who have left a lasting impression with me.
I looked forward to being a part of the continued growth and success of the district in the years to come.
